The Tanya Stephens
• 2 Tbsp "Night Nurse"
• 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
• 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
• 3 ice cubes
• 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
• 1/4 cup water
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth. Drink immediately or store up to 3 day refrigerated in a covered jar.
The Dawn Penn
• 3 Tbsp "Satisfy My Soul" or “The Good Life”
• 1 Cup Baby Carrots or ½ Cup Carrot Juice
• 1 Cup Orange Juice
• Small Knob of Ginger Root
• ½ Cup Mango or Pineapple
• 4-6 Ice Cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender, adding the liquids first. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately or store up to 1 day refrigerated in a covered jar.
The Carroll Thompson
• 3 Tbsp of "The Good Life"
• 1 Ripe Banana
• ½ Cup Strawberries*
• ½ Cup Mango*
• 1 Cup Almond Milk or Oat Milk
• 4-6 Ice Cubes
(Optional) 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
*Frozen or Fresh
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, breaking the banana into pieces (start with ½ cup milk, then increase as necessary). Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary.
If desired, garnish with banana slices and toasted coconut.
Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.

• 3 Tbsp of "Love Sponge"
• ½ Cup Strawberries
• ½ Cup Blueberries
• 1 Cup Orange Juice
• 4-6 Ice Cubes
(Optional) 1 Ripe Banana
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender (if adding bananas, break them into pieces). Blend until creamy and frothy, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary.
If desired, garnish with a frozen strawberry and mint sprig. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 2 days.

• 3 Tbsp of “Fresh Vegetable”
• ½ Cup Kiwi*
• ½ Cup Mango or Pineapple*
• 2 Cups Baby Spinach or Kale
• 1 Cup Oat Milk
• 4-6 Ice cubes
(Optional) 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
*Fresh or Frozen
Directions
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
If desired, garnish with a few chia seeds. Serve immediately or store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
The Rita Marley
• 3 Tbsp "Fresh Vegetable" or "The Good Life"
• ½ Ripe Avocado
• 1 Large green apple
• 1 Banana
• 1 Cup baby spinach or kale, loosely packed (or other chopped greens)
• ½ Cup water
• 1 Cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
• 5-6 ice cubes
Directions
Pit the avocado and scoop out one half of the flesh into the blender. Chop the apple, leaving the skin on. Break the banana into pieces and place them both in the blender. Add the water and baby kale leaves. Blend until smooth.
Add the ice and frozen pineapple or mango. Blend again until smooth. Drink immediately or store 1 to 2 days in a sealed jar; if it separates, shake to re-integrate it.
