If your item is damaged upon receipt, please reach out to us within 24 hours of you receiving your package so we can work out a resolution. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure there is no damages or defects. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
